The house, according to the traditional style in Tuscany, is at the end of a tiny village, on the hills south-west of Siena and few meters from the wood. The house has been functionally restored, maintaining the original character.

The apartment is formed by:
a comfortable kitchen- living room with the original fireplace perfectly functioning; a spacious double bedroom and a shower room. The atmosphere is charming, furnishing is of good quality and with a touch of elegance. Modern central-heating for the winter.
Outdoors, a large garden with flowers and vegetables; a vineyard pergola and another pergola with the barbecue.

The village is safe and quiet, inhabited by local people; there is a good restaurant and a little shop.
In the river just down the hill it is possible to swim; nice walks on the hills and in the wood, also by bike and horse.

Siena is 12 Km away, 20 min. by car; the nearest village, with all shops and facilities is only 5 Km away.
