Poderaccio is situated in Umbria, on the hills which surround Trasimeno Lake, dipped in a wonderful mediterranean bush. It is a tipical stone country house, completely independent , situated in a marvellous panoramic position, which where the view goes as far as Monte Amiata.
Tipical Umbria’s countryhouse , completely made of stones, with wooden-beam ceiling and flat tiles in brickwork, Poderaccio is developed in two floors: on the first floor there is a wide equipped kitchen with pantry, a spacious sitting room with big chimney corner , a veranda, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower; on the first floor: a study/living room , a double bedroom provided with private toilet with shower, a double room, a bedroom with French bed and a bathroom with shower. All the rooms are furnished in style, with attenction to the details.
Moreover the villa is provided with telephone and TV satellitic. Outside the countryhouse is surrounded by a wide garden tipical of the place, characterised by a huge variety of autocthonous plants, such as almond-trees, cypresses, oak trees, a vast extent olive trees. In this marvellous frame is included the swimming-pool provided with all the necessary equipment ( tables, chairs, deck-chairs, beach-umbrellas, small beds) where you can sunbathe in the hot summer days
In this wonderful corner of peace is possible to spend your holidays in total privacy, surrounded by the authentic atmosphere of Umbria’s country. Moreover its position within the borders of Umbria and Tuscany let you easily reach the most important cities of the middle of Italy, riches of art, history and spirituality.
