The House... it is on the hills of Capo d’Orlando surrounded by trees, bus hes and plants with a typical mediterranean architecture. It can be reached easily from the mainroad, it has parking spaces for the guest’s cars, a barbecue area, a terrace, a patio and a veranda, a very comfortable living room with tv where also breakfast is served.
Availabilities... the stay at Villa Bency can be more relaxing with the use of the swimming-pool (formula club) or other services from a selected group of people of the area (sport, horse-riding, sailing, tennis, babysitters...). It is possible with previous arrangements with the management, but never in the rooms, to bring small pets that can be put in the special areas for animals.
Languages... besides Italian also English and German are correctly spoken.
The rooms... with private entrances, air-conditioning, shower and toilette, all cosy and comfortable, they are three with beatiful furniture and paintings.
Breakfast... it is served in the living room on the ground floor of the villa, the menu is rich and contains the typical continental breakfast or the more English one with butter, marmalade, juice, cereals and milk.
The Excursions... from Capo d’Orlando the most famous places of the island can be reached (Etna, Taormina, Cefalù, the gorge of Alcantara, Messina, Acireale, Noto, Palermo, Erice) but also the typical Nebrodi villages like San Marco d’Alunzio, the old Castanea, San Salvatore di Fitalia, S.Agata Militello, Acquedolci, Ficarra, Brolo, the ghost town of Gioiosa Guardia and the Eolian Islands.
Receiving Time... guests are received until 10 p.m. and breakfast is served from 8 a.m. until 9.30 a.m.
Today as was three thousand years ago, when the places was called Agatirno, the sea has always been and is one of the most beautiful features of Capo d’Orlando together with the ancient ruins and the past memories of when families and people like the Piccolo of Calanovella and the poet Tomasi di Lampedusa lived here. Among the turist attractions culture, music and sport are always included.
